- SLS LMay 8, 20261.0This shop is dreadful for customer service and has a scam policy in place. The 'owner' who uses the Nisa name and franchise is an absolute disgrace. He's rude, and obnoxious. He was so horrible to me and my son because we didn't want to spend over £5 to use the frowned upon policy of minimum card spend, it's a tactic to gain more money. He should be ashamed of himself for how he responded and for having this terrible policy in place. All other Nisa branches I've used don't have that policy, and other shops allow you to spend regardless or it's £2 min spend. Well. They're not getting a penny from me ever again including on uber eats, and I'll be spreading the word to my community about his horrid attitude and scam policy.
